I'm in the final stages of e-publishing my book, including getting the book's website set up:
It'll be a place for book-focused discussions and supplemental materials as well as a place where I'll keep the more commercial side of things (advertising and reviewing economics books from a physicist's perspective) leaving this site. Clicking through the Amazon links can also help me defray site maintenance costs!
I am hoping to finish up the Kindle formatting and publish by the end of September.
Update: Formatting has turned out to be easier than I thought. I expect the book to be out in the next few days depending on the Amazon process.

Also, try to avoid the use of dollar signs as they interfere with my setup of mathjax. I left it set up that way because I think this is funny for an economics blog. You can use € or £ instead.
